Five Commitments, in Plain Language

This is not the legal policy. It's the set of promises behind it, written the way we'd want them explained to our own athletes.

1 · Your data is yours

Your organization and your athletes retain all rights, title, and interest in your data. That ownership survives everything, including any acquisition, and you can export your data at any time, in full.

2 · We never sell it

We have never sold personal information, and we commit to never selling it in the future. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.

3 · We measure movement, not identity

Valor Vision quantifies how an athlete moves: joint angles, asymmetries, ranges of motion. It performs no biometric identification, no emotion recognition, and generates no synthetic media of any kind.

4 · Transparent about improvement

Better models mean safer athletes, so de-identified, aggregated movement data helps improve Valor's own analysis, always inside Valor-controlled environments, never shared with or used to train any third-party AI, and your organization can opt out on request.

5 · Delete means delete

Deletion requests are honored, and personal information is kept no longer than three months after an account is terminated. Export what's yours before you go. Then it's gone.

The details live in our security & trust page and the privacy policy.
