In Central Kansas, sheStrength has built more than a gym; it’s a community rooted in faith, service, and transformation. Their clients come for support, stay for results, and thrive with the help of tools like Valor, which now powers their consultations and progress tracking. We sat down with the sheStrength team to hear how they’ve woven Valor into their mission and business model.

At sheStrength, every new client starts with a comprehensive consultation. What used to be a long, manual process has now been streamlined with Valor. By adding movement assessments alongside metabolic testing and blood work, the team is able to design programs that are both individualized and data-backed. That data doesn’t just stay in the gym; it’s shared with referring medical providers such as chiropractors, physical therapists, and local clinics, building credibility far beyond the walls of sheStrength.

This credibility has become central to their business. Personal training often carries the stereotype of being “just another workout,” but sheStrength uses Valor to separate itself from that narrative. The objective assessments give clients, doctors, and coaches confidence that progress is real. For many women, the numbers have become an especially powerful motivator, proof that improvement is happening even when the scale doesn’t move. Gains in mobility, stability, and functional performance create new markers of success.

sheStrength now uses Valor daily with their general population and medical referral clients, while also expanding into schools and teams. About 60% of their testing happens in the gym, and 40% comes from partnerships with colleges, high schools, and, most recently, club teams. College athletes are typically assessed at the start of a season and every few months afterward, while high schools have integrated Valor into preseason physical nights. What’s especially notable is how broad the applications have become. SheStrength has tested athletes returning from injury, women seeking progress beyond weight loss, and even high school recruits building profiles for coaches. In each case, Valor provides a data-driven story of performance and progress that a stopwatch or scale alone cannot capture.

Valor hasn’t just improved training; it’s reshaped sheStrength’s business. Consultations that once took over two hours can now be completed in less than one, freeing up time while increasing value. By packaging Valor into the consultation, sheStrength has nearly doubled the price point of their assessments.

The financial impact pairs with operational simplicity. Interns and new staff can be trained faster because Valor highlights the key areas to focus on, reducing the need for hours of manual instruction. For a growing facility that recently added two full-time staff members and signed multiple club teams, this efficiency is critical.

sheStrength is already exploring ways to expand Valor testing into small-group programs and at-home training. With more than 150 clients using their remote training app, they see potential in integrating Valor assessments as monthly challenges that keep people accountable, motivated, and engaged.

For sheStrength, Valor has become more than a testing tool; it’s a foundation for credibility, customization, and growth. It enables them to save time while charging more, expand their reach into schools and clubs, and build trust with medical providers and clients alike. Most importantly, it gives athletes and everyday people the confidence that comes from seeing real, measurable progress.

As sheStrength continues to grow, one thing is clear: Valor is helping them deliver on their mission to serve their community with excellence, care, and transformative results.
